Rob & Donna George

Rob & Donna George currently serve in Southeast Hungary. Donna George grew up at Central Baptist Church, and they have been a part of the Central Baptist Family for decades. They were called to serve in Europe with Novo in 2003. They are grateful for the partnerships the Lord has granted them from Hungary to Serbia to Germany. In 2019 they returned to Szeged, Hungary where they first lived as a young family from 2003-2010. They work within the Novo CoNext Hungary team, called the "Barnabas Team" as they seek to come alongside mission leaders and church planters to encourage Gospel movements in the Hungarian-speaking world. Crossing the border into northern Serbia is also an important part of their ministry, as they invest in Hungarian and Serbian leaders in a growing network of church planters for that region.

From 2011-2018 they lived in Kandern, Germany, where they were invited to work within the Free Evangelical denomination of Germany. They supported mission efforts and church planting work across the region, particularly toward the Lake Constance area on the Swiss border. Their mission partners in Konstanz have started a Novo Germany mission team within the CoNext network, and they are privileged to be an encouragement to their continued growth from a distance.

Europe is an incredible mission field with great need. Most European countries only have 1%-2% of their populations committed to the Gospel. Please pray for them and with them for more workers to enter the field, more national leaders to find their mission calling, and more European hearts to be transformed by Jesus!
